Fruit pies are one of my favorite foods ever.  I myself am partial to the cherry and blackberry flavors, as well as the lemon.  My least favorite flavor is apple, but even that’s really not much to complain about—still totally delicious.  Last week, I got a Hostess pie filled not will fruit (I use the word loosely) but with chocolate pudding.  When I’ve told others about this pudding pie, they have cringed.  But they are assholes.  The chocolate pudding pie was interesting.  It tasted like it shouldn’t have been.  It didn’t look right, the textures seemingly shouldn’t have gone together, it had that faint plasticky, processed taste.  But it was still awesome.  I recommend it to any Hostess fruit pie fans out there.

My friends and I did a taste test last year, and it was determined that brand name fruit pies are better than generic fruit pies.
